We Want to Hear From You!
Take our Survey
Local knowledge is critical to the success in the development of the USVI Territorial Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (TCORP). As part of the plan development process, we are asking residents and visitors/tourists to provide insight into existing and future outdoor recreation in the USVI. It’s easy! Just click on the following link to access our quick Survey 123 survey!
You can use this survey to ‘drop a pin’ at any location (existing or proposed) and provide input to us. You can also upload photos to share with the Project Team.
While you are here, navigate the map below to see the full inventory of outdoor recreation facilities in the USVI. Click the ‘+’ button to zoom in and then use the ‘hand’ tool to pan to the location you’re interested in. Click on any of the pins to read the inventory entries for each site.
Input received will be downloaded and made public periodically on the map so the general public can see what others are saying/posting…so come back and visit often!
Happening Right Now!
The online Public Opinion Survey is now open. Separate from the navigable web map above, we would like to hear more about outdoor recreation in the USVI. These questions drill deeper into the details to gain a better understanding of how people access outdoor recreation (how do they get information to know where to go, how they get there, what activities they utilize once there, what amenities would improve their experience, etc.), what do they feel is missing or could be improved, and what is their level of satisfaction with individual access, activities, and amenities. It’s easy, just fill out the following survey:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/USVITCORPCommunitySurvey
or scan the QR Code below to take the online USVI Public Opinion Survey. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete and all responses will remain anonymous.

The Horsley Witten project team was on-island August 1 – 12, 2026 to conduct site assessments, hold public workshops, and coordinate with the Technical Advisory Committee. Thank you to all of the project partners for supporting our efforts during this time, to all of the residents who came out to participate in our workshops, and to all of the residents we spoke with onsite while conducting the site assessments. Your energy and enthusiasm towards outdoor recreation was well received and contributed greatly to our successful trip!
